LOL

This is my little Mandy! For some reason she loves to sleep with my headband. She brought it down from my dresser. So cute!

Giving it a go. Paleo (kinda)

I've decided to give almost paleo another try. I say almost paleo because I'm not ready for full paleo yet. lol.

Last week I was about 90% gluten free, 50% sugar free 99% dairy free and 99% grain (besides wheat) free. Clearly it's hard for me to lose the sugar.  I am down 1 lb. Not the 2lbs that I wanted to be down but considering what I ate, I'll take it.

My workouts for last week weren't that great. I made it to the gym worked on upper and core and then ran for 5k. I also went snowshoeing and to karate twice. I know that I need to step this up but I also had a locked joint for the last week or so. I'm doing what I can. Next week will be better. :) 

Goal for next week. Eat well. Drink water. Gym 4 times. Down 2lbs.
